The Sinergi International Journal of Communication Science operates on an open access model, ensuring free accessibility for all readers and authors. This approach enhances global reach and utilization, benefiting professional, academic, and broader communities.
- Article Processing Charges (APC):
- Implemented for articles accepted after August 2023
- Purpose: To cover publication costs including peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving
- Rates: • USD 25 for international authors • Rp 350,000 for domestic authors
- Payment confirmation required at submission
- Billed post-acceptance, not affecting peer review process
- Article Submission Charges (ASC):
- The journal does not charge for article submissions
- APC Waiver Policy:
- Authors from low-income countries are exempt from APC
- Corresponding authors with h-index of 15 or higher on Scopus or WoS receive a waiver
- Reviewers get a discount of Rp 50,000 per review
