Sinergi International Journal of Law is committed to protecting the integrity and independence of its editorial and publishing processes. The journal does not accept, publish, or display advertisements, ensuring that decisions concerning legal scholarship remain independent of commercial, institutional, political, professional, or sponsor-related interests.

No Advertising Accepted
The journal does not accept banner advertisements, sponsored content, commercial promotions, paid product placement, law-firm advertising, legal-service promotions, advocacy advertising, or other forms of paid promotional content.

Independence from Commercial and Institutional Interests
Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly quality, relevance, originality, methodological soundness, legal reasoning, research integrity, and academic contribution. Commercial relationships, institutional affiliations, legal-service arrangements, advocacy interests, sponsorship, or funding do not influence editorial decisions.

Editorial and Commercial Separation
If advertising or commercial promotional activity is ever considered in the future, it will be managed independently and kept strictly separate from editorial content, peer review, reviewer selection, manuscript assessment, acceptance decisions, and publication processes.

Transparency and Ethical Publishing
The journal is committed to transparent publishing practices and follows recognized principles of publication ethics, editorial independence, and scholarly integrity, including guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
